President & CEO

Amy Lichtenwalter is the Founder and CEO of Implico Communications. After years of working in communications for various larger companies, she decided to use her knowledge to found Implico in 2012. Amy is the vision behind it all, ensuring that Implico helps companies engage and connect with their employees through high-end benefits communications without a high-end price tag. Amy’s interior design background enables her to bridge the gap between design and communications.

Ellen Griswold

Senior Project Manager

Ellen Griswold is our Senior Project Manager whose engineering background has helped refine and standardize Implico’s processes. She has her certification in Lean Fundamentals which helps her manage the team’s internal resources to ensure consistent workflow and on-time delivery of projects. Originally from Dallas, she studied Civil Engineering at the University of Kansas. After working as a civil analyst for Kimley Horn in Dallas for a year, she joined our team here in our Dallas office. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with the Junior League, spending time with friends and her mini Bernedoodles, hammocking, baking, and crafting.

Alissa Konecny

Director of Contents

Alissa Konecny, our Director of Content, makes your communications shine. She is a fastidious proofreader, and she loves teaching the next generation of proofreaders how to hone their craft. A Dallas native, Alissa earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at SMU. In her free time, she enjoys planning parties for family and friends.

Graphic Designer

Jocelyn Penniston is a talented and beautiful designer on our graphic design team that lives in Beaverton, Oregon. Jocelyn was an intern this summer, and Amy didn’t want to lose her, so she offered for her to extend her stay and join us permanently – even while she finished her last semester at school! In her free time, she likes to spend time with her dog, a small poodle mix that was rehomed to her, and to read horror fiction (i.e. Stephen King).

Kaci Witter

Graphic Designer – Team Lead

Kaci Witter is on our graphic design team and is known for her ability to tirelessly turn out hundreds of text edits during Open Enrollment season. Originally from Arkansas, Kaci currently lives in Illinois with her fiancé and four cats. She loves spending time outdoors when it is nice, going on road trips, and traveling to new places. Kaci can also be found crafting, doing puzzles, and playing video games.
